Best for new driveways or surfaces that have never been sealed with a water-based product. Oil-based sealer penetrates deep into the asphalt, replenishing essential oils that bind stone and sand together. It restores the rich, deep black finish your driveway had when it was new, and provides excellent protection against UV rays, fading, and oxidation. Ideal for residential driveways throughout Suffolk and Nassau County.
The go-to choice for commercial parking lots and worn-out residential driveways. Emulsion sealer provides a fresh cosmetic refresh and adds a protective layer when full repaving isn't in the budget yet. It's especially useful for delaying costly replacement while keeping your surface looking clean and professional. We apply it with commercial-grade equipment for an even, long-lasting coat.
We saw-cut and remove the deteriorated section, including approximately one foot of surrounding intact asphalt to create a clean, square repair zone with solid edges.
The exposed sub-base is cleaned of loose material, debris, and standing water. Proper prep ensures maximum adhesion and prevents the patch from failing prematurely.
A hot liquid tack coat is applied to the bottom and vertical sides of the repair area. This creates a strong molecular bond between the new hot asphalt and the existing pavement.
Fresh hot asphalt mix is placed into the repair area in lifts, then mechanically compacted to match the grade and density of the surrounding surface for a seamless result.
The perimeter of the patch is sealed with asphalt emulsion and topped with stone chips or sand to prevent water from infiltrating the seams and causing future damage.
We inspect the completed repair for proper compaction, grade matching, and drainage. Every patch is built to last — not just to fill a hole temporarily.
